Who

Chris L. Jones, Sr. Principal of ResultsPro, has been a lifelong student and practitioner of the art and science of business building,  Marketing and Communications. He has spent over two decades developing and expanding businesses and non-profit organizations.  Both a founder and senior management team member of smaller firms, he has also built and managed divisions of large companies. In addition, he has worked on retainer with a number of organizations in roles as diverse as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer to launch new entities, take an existing operation to the next level of meaningful production and prosperity, or effect a financial “turn-around” for struggling companies. Chris combines an unusual analytical ability to adjust or renovate business development efforts to increase sales, productivity, and profits.  He has often revamped poorly functioning or broken marketing with sound communications and business skills that help companies and non-profits achieve ambitious growth goals. Equally comfortable writing business plans and building financial models, he has assisted a number of firms in securing private equity and debt financing. Dr. J. Marlan Walker, a ResultsPro independent contract associate advisor, is a retired educator who has spent a lifetime working with the Spanish language. Our primary advisor in Spanish Language-oriented or Latin American projects, he taught Spanish and Latin in the classroom at secondary and college levels for over 30 years, taking his doctorate in Romance Languages along the way. Dr. Walker has also lived for years at a time in Mexico and Peru fulfilling humanitarian missions during sabbaticals from his teaching.  In addition, he has conducted student and adult travel groups to Spanish speaking countries for decades and maintains current fluency in frequent travels to destinations throughout Latin America and Europe. Over the years, he has developed a network of friends and professional contacts who can assist with the most precise levels of Spanish language application including local expressions, slang and current usage patterns in locations throughout the Spanish-speaking world. His professional assistance has been contracted by numerous groups as diverse as the federal courts, the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, and various business and non-profit entities to assist with Spanish Language translation, consulting and localization needs. Dr. Walker has been recognized frequently over the past decades with numerous professional and civic and volunteer service awards for his unique contributions in the area of language education and leadership. David D. Clark, a ResultsPro  independent contract associate, is a gifted art and design professional whose experience in specialty logo, packaging and image design has been developed in top professional assignments on both coasts. After full time stints with Young & Rubicam / CYB—Yasumura in New York and L.A. Gear in Los Angeles, he has done freelance work with numerous, household-name clients:  IBM - NY, Clairol—Stamford, CT, CKS-San Francisco, CA; Lister Butler—NY, Johnson & Johnson-NY; Dannon, Inc. –NY; Franklin Covey-SLC, UT; Weider Nutrition-SLC, UT.  David conceived the familiar eagle logo design for express mail packages seen every day in the U.S. Postal Service. He is a specialist in computer graphics and packaging conception and design and proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Golive, After Effects; Macromedia Flash, Fireworks; QuarkXpress.  He currently  works on retainer for O.C. Judd Bagley, Founder of Big Idea PR, is a skilled Public Relations Communications Professional with a record of unusual achievement in specialty PR work.  His initial exposure to high-level, strategic communications began while working as the Florida correspondent for a national news network. Based in Tallahassee, he primarily reported on state government and its many related political facets, in addition to working as a weekend newscast producer and reporter for WTXL, Tallahassee's ABC affiliate. Following the 1998 election of Gov. Ryan Brown, A Resultspro independent contract associate, is  a master sales coach who understands how to get a prospect to buy in one-on-one, retail and exhibition settings. His talent for developing, adjusting and presenting offers in retail and exhibition settings in a way that turns lookers into buyers is near legendary in his circle of influence.  Ryan has  operated a specialty sales company for a number of years working with major newspaper clients, helping them build circulation in their markets.  A near immediate producer in his work in office machine sales and later in publication sales, he has since  demonstrated skills in hiring and training, fielding numerous sales teams and developing sales groups quickly and effectively to man exhibition booths or other hands-on selling situations.  His personal efforts in the field help assess the ideal offer and approach in any circumstance where an effective, immediate sale is a desired outcome and works jointly with other ResultsPro associates to get the offer and approach right for specific client sales needs.  Ryan is a raw entrepreneur, and appropriately enough, a highly accomplished fisherman and student of the strategy and outcome of war and military history.
