Positioned it in a new, nation-wide distribution channel that accrued substantial advantages from its handling. Developed targeted marketing collateral for both the channels and the end users. Assisted the channel in promotion, developing marketing collateral to promote it to end users. Est. $18 million net to manufacturers and distributors in first two years.

The largest U.S. financial services firm in its category. Engaged to identify and launch a financial product bundle that would diversify income and move revenues into a holding company starved for cash.  Prepared business plans and proposals to enlist support of Marketing, Legal, Line Management, Sales, IT and Service components of the firm. Created software tracking tools to gather internal leads and deploy them to a specialty sales force. Developed product affiliations and secured product relationships with wholesale vendors. Created marketing and promotional literature for placement in branch locations and for use by sales force. Secured key demographic data from Marketing Research and worked with IT department to parse existing customer base for ideal prospect targeting. Correlated with Legal to assure elements of the plan met due diligence standards regarding regulatory limitations and constraints. Served for a season as management team member and advisor throughout development of the company.  Assisted in a second round of seed financing by raising $500,000. International Non-Government Organization devoted to providing services to renovate property and business registration processes in Third World countries. Activities in Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. Assisted as a consultant with the development and refinement of a business plan to raise core funding for their organization and subsequent strategizing regarding private sector funding plans. Spanish / English language work in Lima Peru. Funding Successful:  $8 million.

Full retainer work as COO of organizing group for a public charter school and companion, for profit, educational services entity. Significant work and contributions.

Business plan, financials drafted. Brochure and collateral materials developed.  Educational professionals raised $100,000 in founding grant using those  materials after our departure.
